This dinner plate is the "Spero" pattern is decorated in a dark blue transfer stylized floral and leaf design of the era. This pate does not have the swirl or gold edge.The plate measures a 9 1/4" across. The stamped mark is a ship encircled by a chain "Spero - Trade Mark -WAA & Co." A blue "C4" also appears. This stamped mark was used from 1886-1905 when Co. was added.

Description
This dinner plate is the "Spero" pattern is decorated in a dark blue transfer stylized floral and leaf design of the era. This pate does not have the swirl or gold edge.The plate measures a 9 1/4" across. The stamped mark is a ship encircled by a chain "Spero - Trade Mark -WAA & Co."  A blue "C4" also appears. This stamped mark was used from 1886-1905 when Co. was added.
There are no cracks, stains or repairs. There are a couple of small flake chips on the back edge of the plate and rubbing of the pattern from use.
