Royal Adderley England Bone China Floral Miniature Flower Basket Vintage MCM

This is a vintage, Royal Adderley fine bone china miniature Floral basket. The flower basket/ flower pot is marked on the bottom, "Royal Adderley -Floral - Bone China - Made in England". The antique miniature likely date between 1945 and the early 1960s. The floral figurines were inherited from a fine china miniature collector about 35 years. The decorative miniature is in great condition, free from breaks or cracks.  There are some smudges on one side of the basket that need to be cleaned. (see photos). The collectible miniature measures about 1.75" tall x 2.5" wide.
Adderleys Ltd. pottery opened at Longton, Staffordshire in 1906 and began producing china and earthenware. From the mid 1930s to the late 1980s, Adderley operated 'Adderley Floral and Figurine China Co Ltd'. In 1947 the company was taken over by Ridgway Potteries but continued production under the Adderley name. In 1973 Ridgeway Potteries was acquired by Royal Doulton.
